Night Cohort Capstone
A twenty-week evening capstone for people in full-time work. You scope a project with a mentor, build it across the term, deploy it, and defend a written report before the cohort. Frequently asked questions
Do I need any programming experience before I enrol?
The Programming and Data Groundwork course is written from first principles and assumes no prior coding background. If you have already written Python regularly, that course is likely too slow for you — the Model Building track would be a better starting point.
When do evening sessions take place?
Live sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 8 pm to 10 pm (MYT). Saturday mornings are used for office hours in the Model Building and Capstone tracks. Recorded replays are available within 24 hours for anyone who cannot attend live.
What is included in the course fee?
Each fee covers tutor feedback on exercises, access to the recorded session library, the cohort forum, and a written record of completion at the end. The Model Building and Capstone tracks also include cloud compute credits. There are no add-on charges during the term.
Can I take more than one course at the same time?
We advise against overlapping tracks. The workload is sized for a working adult with evenings and some weekend time — adding a second course on top of that tends to reduce the quality of work on both. The tracks are designed to follow in sequence.
How is payment handled?
Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and payable by local bank transfer or major debit card. A payment plan splitting the fee into three monthly instalments is available on the Model Building and Capstone tracks — ask during the enrolment conversation.
Is my personal information kept private?
